Some EXCELLENT NEWS concerning our efforts to add single track trails in Penrose Commons. The NEPA Adequacy was signed on 10 June 2024, which means we can move forward with adding the proposed 2.75 miles of single-track routes. This is step one, along with our recent CPW grant approval for 2025.
